Water pump is a hydraulic machinery, water’s location can rose to a high place through the power equipment and transmission.
Structure:
The pump consists of pump body, pump cover, flow guidance, impeller and seal part etc. The pump body and pump cover are made from high quality cast of aluminum alloy. The flow guidance and impeller are made from high srength cast iron, shaft sealing is machinery type sealing. The suction and discharge pipe connector are made from engineering plastic do it can be connected with rubber pipe.

The inlet of pump is higher than the inlet of impeller so that start while only need fill water into the body of the pump. The inlet of pump is fixed with a one-way valve to prevent liquid from being drained into water pool from the pump body which action by siphon after stop the machine. It must guarantee store enough liquid in the pump body for next start.

When start pump in the first time, it only meeds to fill a little water into the pump, after start it can suck water by itself not need bottom valve. This pump is special convenience for mobile irrigation, movable operation, frequent start work and difficult irrigation, underground cable, mainetnance for pipeline, gardens, and fishery etc. It is an ideal irrigation machine.

Pionts of use diesel water pump:
1、start
(a) Before the pump connect to the diesel engine, endetermine the direction of motor’s rotation is correct and the rotation of the pump is flexible (or check motor’s steering direction after the pump filled with water, it is strictly prohibited that rotate the pump without water).
(b) Closed out the gate valve.
(c) Filling the water in the pump, or use the vacuum pump lead water.
(d) Connect the water pump to the diesel engine. When the pump at normal speed, then gradually open the gate valves on discharge pipe, and adjust to the required operating conditions. On the condition of the gate valves on the discharge pipe is closed, the pump continuous working time can't more than 3 minutes.
(e) A filter net must be added into the inlet of suction pipe as a protection, so as to avoid impurity be sucked into the pump and stick or damage the impeller.

2、running
(a) In the process of operation, must pay attention to the meter reading, bearing temperature, as well as the vibration and noise of pump is normal. If find it’s in an abnormal situation, you should dispose it in time.
(b) The difference between the bearing temperature and environmental temperature is not more than 40 ℃, the highest bearing temperature is no greater than 80 ℃.
(c)Prime the pump untill the water overflew.
(d)Do not run it at high speed, unless you prime it.
(e) The padding’s leakage should be small amount and uniformity.
(f) Bearing oil level shall be maintained in the normal position, cannot be too high or too low. If it is too low, you should add lubricating oil in time.
(g) The coupling of suction pipe to the pump must be tight, reliable and no leakage.
(h) The clearance between the impeller and sealing ring are too much, you should replace a new seal ring (the diameter of a new pump clearance is around 0.15 ~ 0.25 mm)
3、stop
(a) Gradually closed gate valves in discharge pipe, cut off the source of power.
(b) If the environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the waters in the pump should be released, in order to avoid frost crack. 
(c) If stop using for a long period of time, the pump should be disassembled and wash clearly, then daub protective oil and packing good, keeping properly (Drain off the pump for storage).
